Services: Interim (vetting) reports

Legal Hub have identified that there are key parts in the claim process where external expert opinion is required, yet, a Part 35 report would not be appropriate. We have developed a suite of interim reports that allow the firm to assess risk, merit, causation and quantum at an early stage and at a proportionate cost.

Our interim reports a clear, concise, and provide time critical advice at any stage of the claim process

Our interim reports can assist with a broad range of financial claims, including:

  • MCOB based claims
  • Negligent mortgage advice
  • Negligent investment advice
  • Negligent SIPP advice
  • Unfair Relationship claims
  • Breach of fiduciary duty/Secret Commission claims

Our reports are priced from £395 and can be provided at no extra cost where the firm engages Legal Hub on a retained basis.
